Visa Application
+ 查看更多
International conference participants, who are not Chinese citizens, except passport holders from Singapore, Brunei, and Japan, may need a Chinese visa. It is highly recommended that the international attendees apply for the Chinese Visa at least 1 month in advance.
It is recommended to simply apply for a Tourist ("L") visa. In this case, an invitation letter is NOT required. For more information, please contact the local Chinese Embassy in your country.
If the application of your Visa requires an invitation letter, read the following instructions.
1. The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration.
2. Feel free to contact us at: info@LTBD2020.org. The conference organizers are pleased to offer any document needed for the Visa application. However, please note that the organizing committees DO NOT have the right to provide any other Visa application consulting services.
3. Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
4. The registration fee will not be refunded if the Visa application is denied.
